Located on the upper level of their Milan headquarters, a stylish refuge by Dimore Studio mixes modernist décor with dark colors and marble that frames a main dining room lined in floor to ceiling windows. While most would expect a mere supper club by the cutting edge design duo, it’s the outdoor space that’s so spectacular with its elevated edge preening pools large enough for indulgent splashes of the modern-slash-actor and actress crowd that can be found as readily at midday as 2am.
The Food
The former executive chef of Milan’s Bulgari Hotel offers a playful all-day menu of beach specialties ignited by a wood fire oven that chars and grills to perfection. The menu mixes a mostly Italian menu of homemade pasta with full raw bar and plates of carpaccio and burrata-packed salads.
